Srinagar
The first batch of 145 pilgrims arrived back on Saturday after performing Haj in Saudi Arabia.
The flight carrying the pilgrims landed at Srinagar International Airport at 7.45 a.m.
They were received at the airport by the senior District officials and officers of the Haj committee.
Adequate arrangements have been made at the airport for comfortable return of the pilgrims.
The Last flight carrying pilgrims will land at Srinagar airport on August 1.
Earlier a flight carrying 410 pilgrims from Saudi Arabia arrived in Delhi.
The Haj pilgrimage is taking place this year after a gap of two years due to the pandemic.

More than 50,000 Indians are taking part in the pilgrimage this year.
