The health condition of RJD chief Lalu Prasad, who is undergoing treatment following a fall at his residence is stable, according to doctors treating him.

Lalu fractured his right shoulder due to the fall. Besides, he is also suffering from other diseases.

Family doctors had applied a temporary plaster on his shoulder for immediate relief.

On Monday morning his family rushed him to the hospital after he complained of uneasiness and breathlessness.

Doctors admitted him in the Intensive Care Unit and conducted various tests.

He has been advised him proper rest for a month and to use a wheelchair if needed.

Lalu Prasad is convicted in the fodder scam case and is currently out on bail after completing more than half of the jail term. The RJD leader is suffering from many health diseases including kidney infection, water accumulation in the lungs and blood pressure.
