Hajra Hafeez is a quintessential Indian woman who wears many hats like that of a perfect homemaker and yet able to realize her innate dream of making it big in sports.

Having being brought up in a conservative environment, Hajra could never pursue her dream of becoming a sportsperson. Today after becoming the mother of three, Hajra is preparing to represent India in the forthcoming Kunfu tournament in the UN.

Hajra says that she was fond of karate-kungfu since childhood, but she could not learn it as her family pressurized her to complete their studies first. The family wanted Hajira to become a doctor.

Not strong enough to defy her family, Hajra joined the college for his medical studies. However, she had to stop midway after his cousin who was also her classmate died in a road accident.

A year later, she joined the pharmacy course as by this time she had started understanding medicines. She wanted to understand the mechanism of drug making.

While doing the B.Pharmacy course, she got interested in thyroid cancer. She also completed her masters in pharmacy.

Soon she was married to an engineer from Saudi Arabia. She became a mother of three and yet never stopped her studies. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Pharmaceuticals.

During the coronalockdown period, she made immunity drinks in Corona which became very popular. Now she is trying to get patents for thyroid medicine and other natural decoctions for immunity that she has created.

Despite her busy schedule, she kept practising karate and kungfu, martial arts and recently won the Asian tournament.

She practices her Kungfu sessions at Mehdipatnam  Safdariya School. So far Hajra has bagged two gold and one silver medals at the Singapore tournament.

He was awarded gold and silver medals by MA Najib, the international peace envoy at a ceremony.
