Prime Minister Narendra Modi has greeted people on the occasion of the beginning of the holy month of Ramzan.
Conveying his best wishes to people on the commencement of Ramzan Modi said on Twitter:
“May this holy month inspire people to serve the poor. May it also further enhance the spirit of peace harmony and compassion in society.”
He posted a signed greeting card on Twitter on the eve of the Ramzan.

Ramzan is the Holy month of Islamic calendar during which the Muslims are supposed to fast from sunrise to sunset.
