Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Sreedharan cast their votes

Polling for the busiest round of Assembly elections has begun in states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Assam and for the third round in West Bengal with celebrity votes casting their votes early morning.

In Tamil Nadu setting an example for the people, movie stars, including Rajinikanth and actor-politician Kamaal Haasan, voted soon after the voting started at 7 a.m.

Star couple Ajit Kumar and Shalini also exercised their democratic right by voting at a polling booth here. Wearing masks, they reached their polling booth about 20 minutes before the start of polling to vote early and reach home while avoiding the fan crowd.

 Kamal Haasan has floated the MNM party and he is contesting from Coimbatore (South) constituency.

In Kerala’s Kannur, metroman K Sreedharan who is BJP’s pointsman in the state cas his vote in the early hours.
