The Uttar Pradesh government has decided that all undergraduate and post-graduate students studying in different universities in the state will have a uniform examination fee across the state.
This follows the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020.
All the undergraduate students pursuing BA, B.SC, BCom, BBA, BCA, BFA, BEd, BPed, BJMC, Voc will have to pay Rs 800 per semester examinations.
Students studying LLB, Bsc Agriculture (Hons), LLB (Hons), BTech, Bsc Biotech will pay Rs 1,000 per semester examinations.
Students pursuing BDS, Nursing, Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery will have to pay Rs 1,500 for every semester exam.
A circular to this effect was issued by the state government on Monday.
