Nepalese Immigration department has arrested 22 Chinese nationals including 10 men and 12 women in Kathmandu on Sunday for alleged illegal activities.

Director General of the department Narayan Prasad Bhattarai said, "We have brought them for questioning as they are involved in illegal work."

Bhattarai said that the department was interrogating them.

According to Nepal Police which is trying to get the custody of the Chinese nationals from the Immigration department, they were involved in illegal online gaming, online gambling, and ATM hacking.
