Israel organise exhibition on multiculturalism

New Delhi

On the occasion ofthe Jewish festival Hanukkah, the Embassy of Israel in India has organised an exhibition titled ‘In Another Green’.  The exhibition has been held in collaboration with Alliance Française de Delhi.

Through this exhibition, two artists present works that tell the story of their own history and identity.The exhibition, curated by Achia Anzi, is open to the public from December 5 to December 23 at Galerie Romain Rolland, Alliance Francaise de Delhi. Ambassador of Israel to India H.E. Naor Gilon said,

“This exhibition gives viewers a glimpse into the multiculturalism of Israeli society and the various voices within it. It presents the works of two artists, Joseph Dadoune and Leor Grady. I invite everyone to see it.” Leor Grady is an Israeli-born visual artist.

His conceptual, sculptural, threaded and video works explore themes of home and identity politics.

His work has been shown in Israel, the USA and abroad.

Yosef Joseph Yaakov Dadoune is a French-Israeli artist working at the intersection of video, photography, performance, drawing, architecture and social action. Joseph Dadoune has participated in over 200 solo and group exhibitions all over the world.
