Bollywood was represented by legends like A R Rehman, Shahrukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Kajol at the opening ceremony of the Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia pm Friday night.

Besides the Indian film personalities it was also attended by bigwigs from Hollywood and several other countries like American actress Sharon Stone, British director Guy Ritchie, Lebanese director Nadine Labaki.

Among those who walked on the red carpet at the Red sea International Fulm festival were Saudi actress Mulla Al-Zahrani. It's a ten-day festival.

Shah Rukh Khan was also given an honorary award for his services in the film industry at the Red Sea International Film Festival. This time, the 'Red Sea International Film Festival' is being held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, where the personalities of the world who run the wheel of the film industry will participate. Indian actress Shabana Azmi also looked excited while watching the opening film of the festival. He said that it is a great honor for me and I am also excited.

He said, 'I never even dreamed that such a day would come, so I think people will love this film like the love we felt in our hearts during the making of it. It was happening.'

Two films of Saudi director and actor Ibrahim Al-Hajjaj will also be screened at the Red Sea International Film Festival. He said in this regard, "I am very happy to come here that two of my films will be screened in this edition and I hope that people will like my films." Two of his films screened at the festival are 'Sattar' and Khalat Plus'.

This time the theme of 'Red Sea International Film Festival' has been named 'Film is Every Thing'. 131 feature films and 61 short films made in 41 languages ​​of the world will be screened in the ten-day long festival.
