During the annual Kheer Bhawani fair, devotees gathered to offer prayers at the Mata Kheer Bhawani temple in Tullamulla, Jammu and Kashmir.

Ashok Kumar, a devotee from Srinagar, shared his thoughts on the occasion, saying, "Today is the birthday of Mata Kheer Bhawani, making it an auspicious occasion. People from every class and community come here. It is a famous fair, attracting people from America, Canada, Germany, and all over the country. This fair teaches us brotherhood. Muslims and Sikhs also come here, and everyone can participate in the prayers. I want to pray for peace and harmony and hope for a return to the time before the 90s when Kashmiri Pandits and Muslims lived together harmoniously."

Sahil Sharma, another devotee from Jammu, praised the arrangements made by the government and administration. "My family has been coming to this fair for the last eight years. The atmosphere here is peaceful, with adequate deployment of security personnel, including CRPF. People are enjoying it to the fullest. I appeal for more and more people to come here," he said.

A travel coordinator from Jammu added, "I made arrangements for electricity and organized Mata Ka Langar for about 8,000 people on Wednesday. The administration has made excellent arrangements, taking complete care of cleanliness, the bus system, electricity, water, etc. There is nothing to fear."
