Recently the actor took to Twitter sharing excerpts from a children's book about Real-time Warriors.

The book is titled When I grow up, I want to be a..., Akshay can be seen reciting an incident about an auto rickshaw puller named Javed, who out of his desperation to help people during Covid, along with his wife sold off the little jwellery the couple had to buy fuel in order to ferry patients free of cost to hospitals.
He even shared his number on internet.
The flyer as posted, stated the availabilty of transport for anybody in need. After that day he ferried almost 150 Covid+ patients to hospital in 1 week.
The post has gone viral within 1 hour of posting on social media platforms.
