Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan, will soon be released from the Arthur Rodad Jail of Mumbai after the Bombya High Court granted him bail in the cruise drugs seizure case.

Bombay High Court also granted bail to Arbaz Merchant and Munmum Dhamecha in the same case. Aryan has spent 25 days - first in the custody of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and then in the jail for 25 days along with another accused in the same case Arbaaz Merchant.

The third persons arrested in the same case Munmun Dhamecha is at Byculla women prison.

Bombay HC has granted bail to Aryan Khan, Arbaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha after hearing the arguments for 3 days. The detailed order will be given tomorrow. Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3. A team of the NCB busted a drug party on the Cordelia Cruise ship which was on its way to Goa at mid-sea on October 2. A total of 20 people, including two Nigerian nationals, have been arrested so far in the case.

His bail petition was heard over three days where the government side opposed it.

The 23-year-old Khan has missed the 30th wedding anniversary of his parents Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan and also his mother's birthday although he would be able to be there for the birthday for SRK's birthday.

Former Additional Solicitor General Mukul Rohatgi, who represented Khan in the Court said, "They (Aryan Khan, Arbaz Merchant and Munmum Dhamecha) will come of the jail after the order is released from the court... For me, it is a regular case - to win some, to lose some. I am happy that he (Khan) has got bail."

The detailed order of the court will be released on Friday and it's expected that they will be released the same day.
