The country’s leading investigative agencies have released a list of 28 wanted gangsters hiding abroad. The comprehensive list has names wanted in India in connection with various criminal activities. It was prepared after conducting raids in several places across the country following long-term investigation into various cases.

The list has all the gangsters who have fled the country and are seeking refuge in countries like the USA, Canada, UAE and even Pakistan.

According to the agencies, these gangsters have been operating an organised crime network from foreign lands through cross-border terror and funding. Among the various crimes for which they are wanted in India include murder and extortion.

Topping the list is Satinderjit Singh alias Goldy Brar who along with Lawrence Bishnoi is believed to have masterminded the killing of Punjabi singer Siddhu Moosewala last year. Brar is believed to be hiding in the USA.

Another gangster featured in the list is Anmol Bishnoi alias Bhanu who has been charge sheeted for criminal conspiracy to unleash a wave of terror by targeting well-known social and religious leaders and personalities. He too, is believed to be hiding in the USA. According to reports, Bishnoi has close links with pro-Khalistan elements.

Sukhdool Singh, a gangster who was active in Punjab is suspected to be in Canada. Two Punjab Police officers were suspended for clearing his police verification process that helped him get a passport in 2017.

In the list is also Snover Dhillon who is accused as a mastermind in the killing of Sandeep, an international kabaddi player in March 2022.

In the list are five gangsters hiding in the USA, nine believed to be in Canada, two in the UAE and some in countries like Pakistan, Malaysia, Brazil, Indonesia, Australia and Hong Kong.
