Day 1 of the five day test match final between India and New Zealand in the World Test Championship (WTC) Finale on 18th June was delayed due to the heavy rainfall. While the fanfam was already bereft of the much awaited test match final, the add-on delay further added to their woes. While the twitterati went haywire the added mayhem was caused by the remark of the veteran English cricketer Michael Vaughan that went as "I see India have been saved by the weather".
