Russia on Monday said that it will support the new Taliban govt and will participate in the inauguration ceremony if the Islamic Movement of the Taliban forms an inclusive government.
Afghanistan times quoted the Russian Federation's foreign minister, Sergey Lavrov saying that if the inclusive government is ensured then Russia is happy to take part in the oath ceremony of the new government.

The Taliban, who is in the final stages of building its government in Afghanistan, has invited six countries to their government's inauguration ceremony.

As per the recent developments, an interim government is formed where Mullah Hassan is the president while Mullah Baradar is the deputy president.
