The authorities in Saudi Arabia have asked their nationals not to marry women from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Chad and Myanmar.
This is part of Riyadh’s plans to regulate the entry of immigrants and especially those who enter through illegal means into the Kingdom.
According to a report in Makkah Times, Makkah police chief Assaf-al- Qureshi said that men will have to seek permission before marrying any foreigner. The conditions for marrying foreigners have been made tougher. Also the men are not allowed to marry foreigners without getting clearance from the government.

According to an estimate there are about five lakh women from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Chad and Myanmar living in the country.
