Referring to the assembly of all religious leaders,  Maulana Mahmood Madani said that this is the soul of India. He warned that the deteriorating situation in the country is detrimental for the country and not only for a particular community. He said on the one hand while we all dream of Indian becoming Vishwa Guru, on the other hand, some forces are busy tarnishing India's heritage and identity. He said that the answer to hatred can be given not with hatred but with love.

On the current situation, he said it’s regrettable that hate is being answered with hate. He said the hate toward others is not part of Islam or humanity. He said he is hopeful that all leaders present there would reach out to the victims of recent violence and those who are suffering from misunderstanding and hatred and also those who have become instruments of hate speech.

Acharya Lokesh Mani said that Dharma teaches unity and not breaking up. “Maulana Madani Sahib is the engineer who made the country. We expect him to take this initiative to all corners of India.”

The Jamiat will organize the next all-religious meet for peace in Kashi, Ayodhya, and Ajmer.

Leader of Ravi Das Samaj, Swami Veer Singh Hitkari Maharaj, said that a human should not be hostile to a fellow human. He praised Maulana Madani and also called him as “builder of India.”

"Dharma gurus can eradicate religious hatred. The scope of respect for humanity should be wide. Most religions exist in India, so we are all one," he said. He spoke of the eternal reality of good deeds of a human outliving him in the world.

Manpreet Singh, President, United Sikh, said that the media has no right to call just any man for television debates as call him Dharma Guru. Referring to Sikhism’s founder Guru Nanak Ji, he said that we are not against any religion but the oppressors. “The most important Dharma is mutual love. Today we are all connected, there can be no better day than this to start the process of uniting hearts and minds.”
Pastor Maurice Pakarji said that those who have suffered in the line of duty for their country will be rewarded by God.
“God created the world and gave it to us and told us to run it, so we need to run the world, we don't need to fight. God never supports the wrong,” he said.
