He said that DDA comes under the central government and it is not just about this one house, lakhs of people have lost their houses in the last one and a half years. Where will these people go? The central government has left people homeless and on the streets.

At the same time, the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi has given the first reaction after the demolition of Rat Miner's house. Talking to the media, he said. "I have received information that Rat Miner will be compensated and he will be given a house."

After demolishing Rat Miner's house, DDA said that it had informed before taking action on the house. Rat miner Wakeel Hassan and his family members said that DDA had not given them any prior information or notice in this regard.

Azim Hasan, son of Wakeel Hassan, said that his parents were not home at the time when the demolition of the house took place. The squad did not give them time. He didn't even get the notice. Later the police took him and his brother and sister to the police station
