Dr. Nitin Gaur (IAS), Vice Chairman of the Hapur-Pilkhuwa Development Authority (HPDA), met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow to discuss key initiatives for boosting investment, industrial growth, and urban development in Hapur.
The meeting focused on the upcoming Investor Summit in Hapur district, plans to establish new industries, and steps to accelerate ongoing development projects. The Chief Minister appreciated the swift efforts to attract investment and encouraged Dr. Gaur to continue driving progress, while Dr. Gaur expressed gratitude for the guidance and support.
HPDA’s significant financial growth was also highlighted. The Authority is projected to post a profit of ₹435 crore in 2024-25, a sharp rise from ₹112 crore in 2023-24, earning commendation from the Chief Minister and senior officials.
Dr. Gaur shared updates on urban development initiatives, including the upcoming Haripur Residential Scheme aimed at structured residential growth, and ongoing housing projects for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), including a recent lucky draw for 956 units.

Discussions also covered industrial expansion and land planning, with guidance from the Chief Minister on creating a ready land bank, strengthening infrastructure, and fostering an investment-friendly environment.
