Guar seed prices on Monday dipped by Rs 43 to Rs 6,085 per quintal in futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for August delivery fell by Rs 43, or 0.70 per cent, to Rs 6,085 per quintal with an open interest of 47,165 lots.

Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
