On International Disability Day on Friday, Upstage art group staged an open air play where actors presented a skit to raise awareness about the issues faced by people with disabilities.

The play was staged in the office compound of the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities in Delhi’s Mata Sundari Road. A large number of people turned up to watch the play.

The spirit of the day is to ensure that everyone has equal opportunities

Upstage art group have a collaboration with the National School of Drama (NSD) and will be performing in other parts of Delhi this month.
