Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday unveiled the party’s manifesto for the upcoming Assam Assembly elections, outlining a roadmap focused on 11 key sectors.
The document was released during an election rally in the presence of Assam Congress president Gaurav Gogoi and other senior party leaders.
The manifesto highlights areas such as governance, identity, healthcare, infrastructure, industrial growth, agriculture, rural and urban development, climate action, and security, among others.
Earlier, the party had also announced its “five guarantees” during a visit by Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on March 29.

Polling for the 126-member Assam Assembly is scheduled for April 9, with the counting of votes to take place on May 4.
