Social activists Riyaz-ud-din, Babu Jani and Mushtaq Ahmed Mano from Jagtial district of Telangana helped a deaf and dumb couple get married and showed to the world that humanity is above religion and caste.

Atram Latha alias Jyoti, a resident of Raikal Mandal district, was in her 10th standard when she fell in love with Arun. He too was deaf and dumb. Both of them communicated through social media like Instagram and decided to get married.

After learning about Jyoti and Arun's love story through social media, Jagtial's social worker Riyaz-ud-Din offered to arrange their wedding.

Riyaz-ud-din has always been at the forefront of the service of humanity. He organizes blood donation camps and helps the poor.

He contacted his friends and all of them raised money for arranging the wedding og Jyoti and Arun.

Social workers Muhammad Babu Jani and Mushtaq Ahmed Mano also joined in raising the money for the couple.

Joti and Arun recent got married at a function held in Reichel's Temple where people of all faiths came to bless and congratulate the couple.

Speaking with Awaz-The Voice, Riyaz-ud-din said that humans must cooperate for everyone’s survival. He said mutual help is preached by all the religions. “Our country is like a beautiful bouquet where Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs and Christians all live together.”

He said in these turbulent times, people need to make moves that will maintain the unity of the people of India.
