Aluminium prices dropped marginally by Rs 1.35 to Rs 358.25 per kg in the futures trade on Friday as participants trimmed their positions amid a weak trend in spot markets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in June fell by Rs 1.35 or 0.38 per cent to Rs 358.25 per kg in 353 lots.

Analysts said participants cutting positions amid easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
