Actor Tahir Raj Bhasin is currently filming for an upcoming project helmed by designer-turned-filmmaker Vikram Phadnis, a venture he says is allowing him to tap into a new dimension of his acting abilities.

Sharing his thoughts on the project, Tahir said he was pleased to start the year on a creatively fulfilling note. He described the film as a meaningful experience that challenges him to step beyond familiar territory as a performer.

“It feels great to begin the year fully engaged in work, and collaborating with Vikram Phadnis on this film makes it even more special. I’m thankful to be part of a narrative that breaks away from the predictable and demands something different from me as an actor. The script gives me the opportunity to explore a fresh side of my craft while being part of a story that stands out. I’m excited to take this journey forward and eventually share it with audiences,” he said in a statement.

The film also features Saiyami Kher and Vineet Kumar Singh in prominent roles.

Earlier, Saiyami Kher spoke about joining the project, calling it an ideal way to kick off 2026. She said the story came to her at a particularly meaningful moment and immediately struck a chord.

“I couldn’t have hoped for a better way to start the year. This film found me at a very important phase, and the story connected with me instantly. I’m truly thankful to Vikram for trusting me with this role. It’s emotionally demanding and calls for complete honesty, which makes it all the more exciting. I’m grateful to be starting the year with a project that inspires me as an actor,” she said.

The film, produced by Reel Euphoria in collaboration with Knight Sky Movies, has recently commenced shooting.
