A fire broke out at a factory in outer Delhi's Narela Industrial Area on Wednesday, an official of the Delhi Fire Service said.
All workers present at the unit were safely evacuated.
Fire officials said a call regarding the blaze was received at 8 am, following which multiple fire tenders were rushed to the spot.
Firefighters began rescue and firefighting operations immediately. The factory is stated to be involved in manufacturing slippers and related materials.

The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. Further investigation is underway, he said.
