An IndiGo flight made an emergency landing at Indira Gandhi International Airport on Saturday after experiencing a technical issue mid-air, officials said.
According to Delhi Police, the aircraft was en route from Visakhapatnam to Delhi when it encountered an engine failure-like situation.
The Delhi Fire Service received an alert at 10:53 am and rushed to the airport as a precautionary measure.
Despite the mid-air scare, the aircraft landed safely, and no injuries have been reported. Authorities confirmed that the situation was handled successfully.
