JP Nadda offers prayers at Baidyanath Jyotirlinga

Union Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president JP Nadda offered prayers and fed a cow at Shree Baba Baidyanath Jyotirlinga Temple on Saturday in Deoghar. He also performed the holy rituals at the Temple.

After offering prayers, the Union Minister said he will serve the country and society with renewed spirit and energy for the development of the nation.

"I got the fortune to visit the pious land of Baba Baidyanath and I pay respects to all the priests here. I thank them, for completing holy rituals with me. With the new spirit and energy I received here, I will serve the country and the society and I also pray for the development of the country," Nadda said.

In a post on X, Nadda said that he prayed to Baba Baidyanath Ji for the continuous progress of the nation and the happiness, peace, and prosperity of all citizens of the country.

"Today, I had the good fortune to perform worship and have darshan at Baba Baidyanath Dham, one of the prominent twelve Jyotirlingas located in Deoghar, Jharkhand. I prayed to Baba Baidyanath Ji for the continuous progress of the nation and the happiness, peace, and prosperity of all citizens of the country. Har Har Mahadev!," he wrote.

Later, Nadda also inaugurated BJP offices in Jharkhand's Deoghar and Gumla, and said, "It will strengthen the party for the next 50 years."

Earlier on Friday, BJP workers welcomed Nadda as he arrived at Deoghar airport, and later he attended the state office-bearers' meeting.
