NAR-India, the country’s leading body representing real estate professionals, will organise its annual national convention in Mumbai this year, bringing together key stakeholders from across the real estate ecosystem.
The event is expected to generate business transactions worth around ₹3,000 crore, with participation from major developers and national retail brands, including those from the Reliance Industries, Tata Group and Aditya Birla Group.
The convention will see more than 1,800 participants, including realtors, developers, investors, landlords, retailers, financial institutions and corporate occupiers from across India. The platform aims to facilitate networking, strategic collaborations and large-scale transactions across residential, commercial and retail real estate segments.
A key highlight of the convention will be the participation of major corporates exploring large-scale investments in various real estate sectors, further strengthening the role of organised brokerage in driving property transactions and partnerships.
The event will also feature appearances by actor Boman Irani and spiritual speaker Jaya Kishori, who are expected to interact with attendees.
Among the dignitaries likely to attend are real estate entrepreneur Niranjan Hiranandani, architect Hafeez Contractor, Shekhar Patel from CREDAI, and Padma Shri awardee Savji Dholakia.
The convention is supported by several industry partners and sponsors. H. Rishabraj is the platinum sponsor, while Crystal and Madhav are gold sponsors. Platinum Corp is the emerald sponsor, while Pecan, Bhoomi Group, Surbhi, Gami Group, Krishna Bhumi and Today are participating as silver sponsors.
Speaking about the event, Sumanth Reddy said the platform aims to strengthen the real estate ecosystem by bringing together brokers, developers, investors and corporates to create new partnerships and business opportunities.
Chandresh Vithalani said the convention reflects the growing professionalism of India’s real estate brokerage community and highlights the role of organised realtors in enabling transparent and large-scale property transactions.
Convention chair Ashish Mehta said the gathering will provide a strong platform for real estate professionals to connect with developers, corporates, retailers and investors from across the country.
The event leadership team also includes Jayesh Vyas, programme chairman Ram Prasad Padhi and convention secretary Raju Achpilia.
The convention will be hosted by the AREA Group, supported by a 45-member organising team. The event will feature industry discussions, networking sessions and business matchmaking opportunities, allowing participants to exchange insights on emerging trends and investment opportunities in the Indian real estate sector.
