The story of an RSS activist who gave away his bed in a Covid ward to save the life of a younger patient and passed away two days later may be the case of extreme sacrifice, yet there are Indians of all strata who have forward come to support each other through smaller and yet significant ways in the hard times of Covid-19 second wave.
The Rashtriya Swayemsevak Sangh (RSS) Narayan Dhabadkar of Nagpur, who was being treated for Covid, told the doctors that he had lived for 85 years and seen enough of life. "If this young man (patient who didn’t have a bed) dies, his young wife and children will suffer.”
Narayan passed away at his home two days later. Madhya pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Chouhan has shared his two story on Twitter that has already gone viral with millions of shaing and likes:
pic.twitter.com/gxmmcGtBiE
