Wait! Champagne!, that too during Iftar, that too in the month of Ramazan?

Yes, you read it correctly, this Ramazan Saudi Champagne is all you need to quench your thirst. 

Saudi Champagne is a non-alcoholic beverage which is a favourite in the region. It is said to be a favourite of the Royal family too. 

Recently Zubda Malik, a food blogger based out of London, with more than 250k followers on Instagram shared the recipe for the famous drink.

The video went viral in no time and garnered more than 100k views, over 3k likes and some 150 comments.

Prepped traditionally with Sprite or 7UP, this refreshing drink is a staple at middle-eastern Iftar table.

Zubda writes, "Saudi Champagne is a famous beverage served in restaurants and parties. This is a fruit-infused drink, slightly minty and lemony with other flavours. This can be made and served immediately in no time."

She says, "But I like to prepare and leave to infuse all fruit & mint flavour in apple juice, then pour soda or 7up before serving. This all makes it a lovely glass of refreshing drink"

INGREDIENTS; Green apples: 1 sliced Red apple: 1 sliced Lime: 2 sliced Lemon: 1 sliced Mint: handful Orange: 1 sliced Water: 1/2 litres 7up/ sprite: 1 litre Apple juice: 1 litre
