At least six people sustained minor injuries after an Iranian missile struck central Tel Aviv on Tuesday, according to media reports, as tensions in West Asia continued to escalate.

Citing police sources, reports said the projectile carried around 100 kilograms of explosives and caused damage to multiple buildings and vehicles. Debris from the strike also fell in Rosh HaAyin, located east of Tel Aviv.

Meanwhile, Iran’s state media reported that the Imam Ali Hospital in Andimeshk had been evacuated following what it described as direct attacks by the United States and Israel, rendering the facility non-operational.

In Lebanon, an Israeli strike reportedly hit a petrol station in the southern region, triggering a large explosion and fire. Authorities also issued evacuation orders for nearby residents.

Earlier in the day, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced the 78th phase of its retaliatory campaign, “Operation True Promise 4,” targeting key locations in Israel, including Dimona, Tel Aviv and Eilat, as well as several United States military bases in the region. The IRGC described the latest wave of missile and drone strikes as a significant escalation.

The conflict has also impacted infrastructure beyond immediate conflict zones. In Kuwait, falling shrapnel from intercepted projectiles damaged multiple power transmission lines, leading to partial outages in some areas, officials said.

Adding to concerns, a recent report by Human Rights Watch alleged that Iranian forces may have deliberately targeted civilian commercial vessels near the Strait of Hormuz earlier this month, raising the possibility of violations of international law.

The ongoing conflict, now in its fourth week, began after large-scale military operations by the United States and Israel against Iran. Since then, the situation has intensified, with repeated strikes on military and energy infrastructure, heightening fears over regional stability and global energy supplies.
