Former television actor Sana Khan, who has adopted an Islamic lifestyle after marrying an Islamic scholar and saying goodbye to Bollywood, has now become a business person.

Sharing the information about her venture on social media, she wrote - "Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah we have launched our brand in Surat. Thank you all for your love for our brand. It makes us very happy and emotional. May Allah bless our new project.”

She has also posted a video on Instagram in which she is seen wearing hijab and opening the first store in Surat with her husband Anas Syed.

The post reads, "O Allah, I am very happy. In another video, the apparel brand announced a 20% discount.

Earlier, Sana Khan had advertised halal beauty products for women. Unlike traditional makeup, halal makeup is made as per the Islamic standards. This means that these products are free from pork fat and other prohibited ingredients. They are also compatible with ablution according to Islamic standards.

Sana was spotted on Instagram last month as an Umrah counselor. She gave suggestions about Hajj. Sana had posted a video on Instagram to guide those who want to undertake Umrah in the era of Covid.

“People are asking a lot of questions because of the Covid situation," she wrote in a post with the video. I have done three Umrahs. In two days our Umrah was arranged by Khalid Tours. We did not want to return from the airport.

We decided to perform Umrah in two days because Allah's house was opened after two years. Sana had advised the pilgrims to download two apps and book a slot for Hajj.

She said that people can book an appointment for Madinah on the spot. “Who knew that Allah would close his house for two years?”

"Hotels are open and people can check in as they wish," he said. "You can get a hotel according to your budget." Earlier, Sana Khan shared a video of the sewing of the linen cloth covering the Ka'bah. The cloth is made of silk and cotton and is decorated with golden calligraphy.
