Riding on the massive buzz around Dhurandhar 2, the makers have dropped the first poster of the much-awaited sequel, Dhurandhar: The Revenge, setting the stage for an intense cinematic return.
The newly released poster presents Ranveer Singh in a starkly transformed avatar, signalling a darker and more ferocious turn for the character. Clad in a black trench coat, with untamed hair and framed against a fiery red backdrop, the actor cuts a menacing figure, hinting at a sequel that promises heightened action and ruthless intensity.
Sharing the poster on social media, Ranveer also announced the teaser release schedule. “Ab Bigadne Ka Waqt Aa Gaya Hai,” he wrote, revealing that the teaser would drop at 12:12 pm. The film is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on March 19, 2026, across Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar has emerged as a modern-day blockbuster, attaining cult status and rewriting box office records. The film went on to surpass Pushpa 2: The Rule, becoming the highest-grossing Hindi film to date. Alongside Ranveer Singh, the franchise features a powerhouse ensemble including Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal and R. Madhavan.
With Dhurandhar: The Revenge, the makers are looking to scale up the franchise into a larger cinematic universe, promising sharper storytelling, bigger action set pieces and elevated drama.

The film is scheduled to hit theatres on March 19, 2026, aligning with the festive period of Eid, Gudi Padwa and Ugadi. Written, directed and produced by Aditya Dhar, the high-octane spy-action thriller is backed by producers Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar, and presented by Jio Studios under the B62 Studios banner.
