The bonhomie of another level was witnessed at the Filmfare Middle East Achievers’ Night in Dubai when Pakistani actor Fahad Mustafa praised Indian popular actor Govinda and told him that he owed his career to him.

After receiving the award, when Fahad Mustafa came down the stage holding his award, he bowed in a gesture of touching Govinda's feet to receive his blessings. Govinda responded warmly embracing the Pakistani actor in a warm hug and a handshake.

Fahadh also shook hands with actor Ranveer Singh and they hugged each other. Ranveer was sheen smiling after speaking with Fahad.

Govinda was dressed in black and gold while Ranveer opted for a red suit. Fahad wore a black suit for the event.

Fahad said, "I started acting because of Govinda Sahib. Sir, we are your fans and we in Pakistan were like, whatever acting we have to do, we should do it like you." Fahad added,

To Ranveer, he said: “Sir, we are your fans, we in Pakistan think that whatever acting is to be done, it should be done like you.

"I think sir, we are your big fans and will remain so. We are very lucky to be standing on the stage today where you are standing. It looks so unreal. ..I hope that India and Pakistan come together again.

Among the Bollywood stars who attended the event were Hema Malini, Arjun Kapoor, Ayushmann Khurrana, Janhvi Kapoor, Shahnaz Gul, Bhumi Pednekar, Sunny Leone, Manushi Chhillar, Vaani Kapoor, Manish Paul, Rakhi Sawant, Tamannaah Bhatia, Bharti Singh, Kanika Bhatia, Bonny Kapoor, Shruti Wagh, Tejaswi Prakash and Karan Kundra.
