Actor Ranveer Singh shared a cryptic note on destiny and patience amid the blockbuster success of his latest release ‘Dhurandhar’.

Taking to Instagram, Ranveer posted a quote reflecting on fate, suggesting that while change is inevitable, he is currently embracing “nazar” (faith) and “sabr” (patience).

“Kismat ki ek bohut khoobsurat aadat hai, ki woh waqt aane par badalti hai. Lekin filhal… Nazar aur sabr,” he wrote, which loosely translates to, “Fate has a beautiful habit of changing in due course. But for now, faith and patience.”

‘Dhurandhar’ has been receiving an exceptional response nationwide. Its second Saturday collection has surpassed several major blockbusters, including Pushpa 2 (Hindi) at Rs 46.50 crore, Chhaava at Rs 44.10 crore, Stree 2 at Rs 33.80 crore and Animal at Rs 32.47 crore.

Other films in the top 10 second Saturday collections include Gadar 2 (Rs 31.07 crore), Jawan (Rs 30.10 crore), Saiyaara (Rs 27 crore), Baahubali 2 (Hindi) (Rs 26.50 crore) and The Kashmir Files (Rs 24.80 crore).

The film’s dominance is further reflected in its strong two-week overall box office performance.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, ‘Dhurandhar’ follows the story of Indian spy Hamza, who infiltrates Pakistan to join Rehman Dakait’s gang. Inspired by real-life events including the 2001 Parliament attack and the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack, the film offers a gripping portrayal of the India-Pakistan conflict.

The film also stars Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt and Sara Arjun in key roles.

‘Dhurandhar’ has witnessed houseful shows across Jammu and Kashmir, including smaller towns such as Shopian and Pulwama, indicating renewed audience interest in theatrical cinema even in regions with limited exhibition infrastructure.

‘Dhurandhar Part Two’ is scheduled for release on March 19, 2026.
