Sushmita breaks internet with "happy in my being" post

No sooner had the IPL's founder Lalit Modi's post on Twitter about dating Bollywood diva Sushmita Sen went viral than the tags like gold-digger, money monger started trending too.

While the family of the actor kept quiet saying they are waiting for their daughter to respond, Sushmita took to Instagram on Sunday to hammer all the "acquaintances and intellectuals" who nagged her with different names.

The former beauty queen shared a picture of her on Instagram where she can be seen in a pool that resembles infinity. She captioned her picture as "Perfectly centred in my being & my conscience…I love how nature merges all it’s creation to experience oneness…and just how divided we are, when we break that balance..."

She adds, "It’s heartbreaking to see just how miserable & unhappy the world around us is becoming, the so called intellectuals with their idiosyncrasies, the ignorant with their cheap & at times funny gossip, the friends I never had & the acquaintances I’ve never met, all sharing their grand opinions & deep knowledge of my life & character.."

Taking a dig at the "gold-digger tag she captioned, "...monetising the ‘Gold Digger’ all the way, Ah these geniuses, I dig deeper than Gold, and I’ve always (famously) preferred Diamonds...And yes I still buy them myself!!!... I love the all heart support my well wishers & loved ones continue to extend. Please know, your Sush is ABSOLUTELY fine.. cause I’ve never lived on the transient borrowed light of approval & applause. I am the Sun….perfectly Centred in my being & my conscience... love you guys!!!.."

While the post has over 300K likes and over 8k comments, the likes of Priyanka Chopra dropped in comment that said, "show them queen.."
