“The idea of doing a job never attracted and motivated me. I frequently visited trade fairs, business conferences, and workshops where I observed how various businesses and firms were thriving in the market. After my business project was approved by the District Industries and Commerce Centre (DICC), Bongaigaon under the Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP), I received some financial assistance from the government. With my dedication, willpower, and workaholic nature, I could start commercial production of A. N. Spice Industries in 2016,” Alemoon Nessa said.

I visit nearby villages and regularly buy raw materials like king chili (Bhot Jolokia), bamboo shoots and bird chili, etc., from Nagaland and Meghalaya. We take local farmers’ help in cultivating chili, Joha rice, rice, turmeric, and mushrooms. We take care of the quality and nutritional value of the products,” Alemoon Nessa said.
