Army chopper returns to Bathinda after emergency landing in Haryana's Jind

New Delhi

An Army helicopter that had made an emergency landing in Haryana's Jind due to a technical fault on Sunday returned to Bathinda in Punjab late afternoon.

According to an Indian Army official, an Army ALH Dhruv helicopter which was on its way from Bathinda to Delhi, made an emergency landing in a village in Jind due to a technical glitch.

"The chopper was repaired and it has flown back to Bathinda. The chopper landed back in Bathinda at 5:30 pm," the official said.
