Twenty-one illegal migrants have been identified by Assam police and appropriate action taken against them, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said.
He, however, did not specify the action initiated against them or in which place they were identified.
"Not everyone is a Dhurandhar, especially in Assam!" Sarma said in a post on X on Thursday, referring to the Hindi spy movie.

Nearly 2,100 illegal foreigners have been deported, expelled or sent back from Assam to various countries in the last 10 years, and 2,023 of them were from Bangladesh, the Assembly was informed by the government recently.
