Assam’s Naheed Khan Hossain uses the science of controlling thoughts and mindwaves to train people in life changing experiences that helps them achieve their goals, be successful, and bring desired changes in their lives.

Naheed is a Master Practitioner of NeuroLinguistic Programme (NLP). She is also CEO and Co-Founder of Futurwits, Dubai-based transformational learning, and development consultancy firm.
Naheed told Awaz-The Voice that NLP is the study of excellence in thinking patterns which can provide a set of tools and techniques to help people to change their thinking patterns of the mind. “Patterns which create limitations, build fears, lead to conflicts and make people stay stuck in old unresourceful state. With the help of NLP we reprogram the human mind to become more flexible, adaptable to change, develop an optimistic mindset towards life and excel in life,” she said.

NLP training is the field that deals with brain therapy and helps it to repel negativity, de-stress and amplify our problem-solving skills. The brain, being the decision-maker of our body, reacts to every situation, it enhances our feelings or emotions and responds accordingly. So, our thoughts and beliefs are filtered enough to improve the productivity of our life. Such training provided by certified practitioners like Naheed leads to improving the awareness of our subconscious brain. It evokes the thinking capability of our mind and gains control over our thoughts and actions.

According to Naheed, NLP helps people to become non-judgemental, unbiased, and more understanding towards others. It hmakes individuals aware of their thoughts and change the ones that limit them, be it about their capability, success, relationships, or personality. It also develops  self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and creative problem-solving skills.
