New Delhi
Perch has launched its newest outpost at the Humayun’s Tomb Museum Precinct, offering visitors a space for slow conversations, crafted flavours, and immersive cultural experiences.
Perch at Humayun’s Tomb guides guests through the day in three rhythms—Sunrise (yoga, breathwork, breakfast), Noon (animated conversations, small plates for sharing), and Twilight (music, poetry, storytelling). The menu, curated by Executive Chef Kartikeya Ratan, features Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, European, and global-inspired dishes crafted with seasonal produce, from breakfast upma and shakshouka to winter pot pies, seabass, and desserts like cinnamon fig cake and coffee tres leches.
Cultural programming is led by Yasmin Kidwai, with music and poetry gatherings, heritage storytelling, and artisan showcases connecting food, art, and heritage.
Set alongside Sunder Nursery, the café encourages reflection and leisurely enjoyment, emphasizing quality, craft, and intimate engagement with Delhi’s historic landscape.
