Showing remarkable staying power at the box office, Ranveer Singh-starrer Dhurandhar has scripted history by becoming the first Hindi film to cross the Rs 100 crore mark in its fourth week of release.
The film has not only sustained a strong theatrical run well beyond its opening weeks but has also emerged as one of the biggest Indian hits of the year, signalling a clear revival of audience interest in large-scale, content-led cinema.
Movie critic Taran Adarsh highlighted the achievement on X, noting that Dhurandhar continues to add milestones with ease. According to him, the film is the first-ever Hindi release to touch the century mark during Week 4, underlining its extraordinary box office hold.
'DHURANDHAR' – THE FIRST FILM TO HIT A CENTURY IN *WEEK 4*... #Dhurandhar shows no signs of slowing down, adding yet another historic milestone to its extraordinary run... It becomes the FIRST #Hindi film ever to cross the ₹ 💯 cr mark in its *fourth week*.

What makes the feat even more impressive is the sheer scale of collections. Dhurandhar raked in a staggering Rs 115.70 crore in its fourth week, making it the highest fourth-week grosser in Hindi cinema history. In comparison, Pushpa 2 (Hindi) earned Rs 57.95 crore during the same period, while Chhaava and Stree 2 collected Rs 43.98 crore and Rs 37.75 crore respectively.
Adding to its record-breaking run, Dhurandhar has also become the only Hindi film to register double-digit box office collections for 28 consecutive days, a benchmark no other release has managed so far.
The film’s day-wise performance in Week 4 remained consistently strong, with collections of Rs 16.70 crore on Friday, Rs 20.90 crore on Saturday, Rs 24.30 crore on Sunday, followed by steady weekday numbers. These earnings pushed the film’s total India net collection to Rs 784.50 crore.
Despite fresh competition from the newly released Ikkis and a reduction in screens and shows, Dhurandhar has retained its box office dominance. Trade circles expect its fifth weekend to remain solid as well.
A look at the week-wise breakup further reflects the film’s sustained momentum: Rs 218 crore in Week 1, Rs 261.50 crore in Week 2, Rs 189.30 crore in Week 3, and Rs 115.70 crore in Week 4, taking the cumulative total to Rs 784.50 crore.
Made as a two-part saga, the first instalment of Dhurandhar, released on December 5, traces a decade-long Indian intelligence mission involving an undercover agent embedded within Karachi’s criminal and political underworld. The second part is slated for release on March 19, 2026.
Alongside Ranveer Singh, the film features standout performances by Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Rakesh Bedi and Sanjay Dutt, further strengthening its appeal with audiences across the country.
