Aluminium prices rose marginally in futures trade on Monday as traders built new positions amid firm trends in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium contracts for June delivery climbed 0.15 per cent, or 55 paise, to Rs 369.75 per kilogram across 19 lots.

Market participants said renewed buying activity, supported by steady demand from consuming industries, contributed to the uptick in prices in the futures segment.
