Ahead of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s two-day national executive meeting in Hyderabad, prohibitory orders under section 144 have been imposed in the Cyberabad area of the city from Friday morning.
Restrictions will be in place till July 4.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also scheduled to visit Hyderabad to attend the national executive and address a public meeting in Secunderabad.
Elaborate security arrangements have been put in place ahead of PM Modi’s visit.
The BJP is holding its national executive meeting in the city on July 2 and 3.

Apart from PM Modi, party president JP Nadda, Home Minister Amit Shah and other senior leaders, chief ministers of 19 states will be present at the meeting.
