Justice Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari was sworn in as the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court on Friday.
In a simple ceremony held at Lok Bhavan, R. N. Ravi administered the oath of office to Justice Dharmadhikari. He becomes the 55th Chief Justice of the High Court.

Tamil Nadu Natural Resources Minister S Regupathy and senior officials led by Chief Secretary N Muruganandam attended the ceremony.
