Honor is gearing up to launch a new smartphone in its X-series, the Honor X80, in China soon. Ahead of the official announcement, several key specifications and pricing details have surfaced online.

According to popular tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the Honor X80 could be priced at around CNY 1,000 (approximately Rs. 13,000). The handset is expected to feature a massive 10,000mAh battery, making it one of the few smartphones with such high capacity.

Other rumored specifications include a 6.81-inch LTPS display with 1.5K resolution. The device is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 7-series low-power processor, though the exact model hasn’t been revealed yet.

The leak also suggests that other smartphone makers may join the trend of launching devices with 10,000mAh batteries by late 2026.

The Honor X80 is expected to succeed the Honor X70, which debuted in China in July 2025. The X70 came with a 6.79-inch 1.5K display, 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor, 12GB RAM, and up to 512GB storage.
