The Poco X8 Pro is expected to launch in India soon, with the Xiaomi sub-brand yet to make an official announcement. Ahead of its debut, the smartphone believed to be the Indian variant has been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website, hinting at an imminent launch.

The handset is rumoured to feature MediaTek’s Dimensity 8500 chipset, an IP68-rated build for dust and water resistance, a 6.5-inch display, and 100W fast charging. The device is also expected to arrive as a rebranded version of the Redmi Turbo 5.

A new Poco model with the number 2511FPC34I and registration R-91005720 appeared on the BIS website on December 8. Tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore (@Sudhanshu1414) spotted the listing and suggested that it corresponds to the upcoming Poco X8 Pro. While the certification does not reveal specifications, it strongly indicates that the India launch is close.
