Union Minister for Minority Affairs, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said here today that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's single vision of empowering Sufis, saints and society is a strong mantra to make India a world.
Naqvi presented a chador of behalf of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the shrine on the occasion of the 810th anniversary of Khawaja Moinuddin Chishti at Dargah Ajmer Sharif. He also read out his message to a large number of people who had gathered from all walks of life.
Narendra Modi said, “On the occasion of the 810th birth anniversary of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti, heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to his followers all over the world. I pay homage to the great Sufi saint who taught humanity to the world by sending a chador to Ajmer Sharif on the occasion of Urs.”

In his message, he said that only by following the message of peace, prosperity and brotherhood of Khawaja Garib Nawaz, the people can establish communal harmony in the country. “This will be a true tribute to Khawaja Sahib,” He said.
Earlier in the day, Naqvi expressed his condolences to the victims of the accident at Pattagal temple in Kerala and prayed for speedy recovery of the injured. He was received by the Dargah Committee and was also blessed.
