India A Women booked their place in the final of the ACC Women's Asia Cup Rising Stars 2026 with a comprehensive five-wicket victory over Sri Lanka A Women in the first semifinal at the Terdthai Cricket Ground on Friday.

Captain Radha Yadav produced an all-round performance to steer India A Women to victory. She starred with the ball, returning impressive figures of 4 for 19 in 3.4 overs, and then anchored the chase with an unbeaten 31 off 18 balls.

After winning the toss and opting to bat, Sri Lanka A struggled for momentum as India’s spin attack dominated proceedings. The Indian bowlers struck early, with Tanuja Kanwer dismissing Hansima Karunaratne (14). Sanjana Kavindi (31 off 35) attempted to hold the innings together, but wickets kept falling at the other end.

Radha Yadav led the bowling effort, ably supported by Prema Rawat (2/9 in four overs) and Tanuja Kanwer (2/21 in four overs). Minnu Mani chipped in with a key wicket, removing Sri Lanka captain Anushka Sanjeewani. Sri Lanka A were eventually bowled out for 118 in 19.4 overs.

In reply, India A lost Nandini Kashyap (13) early, but a brisk 48-run partnership between Vrinda Dinesh (42 off 20 balls) and Anushka Sharma (27 off 18 balls) put the chase firmly in India’s control. Despite a couple of late wickets, Radha Yadav calmly guided the team home in 13.3 overs.
